I am running Guided Meditations on the 1st, and 3rd Wednesday of each month. They are €15.
The Guided Meditations are an hour-long guided meditation running on Zoom. You do not need to share your camera. Turn up in your pj’s or anything you are comfortable in. You can sit quietly or join me from your bedroom.
Join me in your peaceful environment to explore relaxation and healing, be present with an open heart, and gain insight and understanding of where the greatest healing for our emotions, body, mind and spirit can happen.
I open the zoom 10 minutes early, so we can breathe and relax. The guided session commences at 8pm where I draw 3 Oracle Cards, and briefly share the insights I receive from source. Then we do a heart intention meditation. From here we move into the Guided Meditation and distance healing.

Benefits of Meditation

Your Guided Meditation Session

The Guided Meditation is a Healing Circle Meditation session. It is a safe space for healing for being peaceful and taking timeout to nurture yourself. Beautiful meditations and distance healing to calm the mind & body.

The Setting

The Guided Meditation session will take place over zoom in the comfort of your own home. To make the session the best relaxing experience for you, I would suggest the following:

  • Find a quiet space where you can relax for an hour.
  • You can either lie down or sit up whichever you prefer.
  • Set the ambience for yourself – soft lighting, a really comfortable chair if you’re sitting or if you’re lying down in bed/couch/or yoga mat and have a fabulous throw/blanket to cover yourself. 
  • I would suggest wearing really comfortable leisure clothes or your PJ’s if you choose to lie in your bed.  An eye mask would be great to use if you have one available.
  • Have a glass of water near you (you may feel thirsty)
  • The camera will be off.
  • And most importantly, this is time out for you, you have nothing to do except relax.  

The Experience

The session will run as follows:

  • A guided heart intention meditation
  • A guided meditation with a specific intention for the group e.g. to reduce anxiety, bring in more abundance or joy
  • A shared Distance Energy Healing 
  • Angel Cards 

The Result

The experience of the Healing Circle Meditation will vary from person to person. The experience of can differ for each person and you may experience you may feel an immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation, increased energy, enhanced sleep, and heightened emotions.
As Meditation and Distance Energy Healing are cumulative and usually there are progressively deeper experiences of being energised, more positive and have with an increased zest and passion for life, as you make it a daily practice for yourself and by regularly attending a Healing Circle Meditation.
